After Years in the Making, Realm Artesian Water Begins Preorders

Realm Artesian Water has received certification from the New York State Department of Health and is currently accepting preorders for its first release of product. According to the Albany Business Review, Realm operates out of Clifton Park, which is where its 9000 square-foot bottling facility is.
Shipping is scheduled to begin on March 1, and 16-ounce glass bottles of still water can be purchased, along with 12-packs, which are listed for a price of $78. This product launch is a major milestone for the company, which entered the business in 2024.
Realm's water comes from a source on private property in Fort Ann, which was then tested for its quality levels. The luxury bottled water brand was inspired by the water's natural pH balance and mineral content, and the brand's image focuses on transparency and purity.
The company invests heavily in preserving water quality, and its process does not use any plastics; it avoids them entirely and uses stainless steel. The facility is even cleaned by the artesian water itself.
More products are already on Realm Artesian Water's horizon. A 750mL bottle intended for fine dining can be expected to be announced soon, and they are planning a sparkling water line for later this year. Realm will focus early distribution on places like wellness destinations, premium hotels, and luxury hospitality spaces. Realm Artesian Water will definitely be a brand to watch both regionally and nationally in the food and beverage industries.

New Owners Step In at Clifton Park Favorite Ravenswood

A longtime Clifton Park dining staple is entering a new chapter. Ravenswood, the popular pub and restaurant located at 1021 Route 146, has been purchased by Dora and Michael Philip, familiar names in the Capital Region restaurant scene.
According to the Times Union, the couple finalized the purchase of Ravenswood at the end of December. The Philips also own The Hollow Bar + Kitchen and Rosanna’s Italian Kitchen in Albany, and say they were drawn to Ravenswood for its loyal customer base and strong business model.
The new owners plan to keep changes minimal. The existing menu will largely remain the same, though vegan and vegetarian options may be added over time, reflecting offerings that have been popular at The Hollow. Operational improvements may also be introduced as the couple settles into ownership.
All current Ravenswood employees are being retained, including longtime head chef Mike Cunningham. Many staff members have worked at the restaurant for years, helping maintain the consistency and atmosphere regulars expect.
One small adjustment will be simplifying the restaurant’s name. Going forward, the business will be known simply as Ravenswood. With new ownership focused on continuity rather than reinvention, the restaurant remains a familiar gathering spot for locals while beginning its next phase.
