DZ Restaurants, owner and operator of Chianti Il Ristorante, Forno Bistro, Boca Bistro, have announced the new owner of Pasta Pane Rustic Italian Bistro. Get the scoop!

DZ Restaurants is happy to announce the successor and new owner of Pasta Pane. A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Nicholas Porreca was part of the Pasta Pane family as the original Executive Chef when they opened in 2010.
Porreca will continue Pasta Pane’s warmth and neighborhood feel. “I feel extremely excited for this opportunity,” commented Porreca. “I plan to continue the restaurant’s commitment to its guests, its passion for cuisine, and the commitment to its staff.”
DZ Restaurant Vice President Nancy Bambara added, “We too are excited about the acquisition as we know Pasta Pane will continue in the same format and structure on which it has been built.”
DZ Restaurant gift cards will no longer be available at Pasta Pane, only at Chianti Il Ristorante, Forno Bistro and Boca Bistro. Pasta Pane will sell its own gift cards that will only be valid there. Also, DZ Restaurant Preferred Guest Points will no longer be valid at Pasta Pane, but will still be valid at the DZ locations in Saratoga Springs listed above.
Pasta Pane will still be available to private events and dinner parties to go. The same Happy Hour specials, Monday Meals and The Tuesday Take-Out.
