Washington County Fair Schedule & Venue Location

All fair activities take place at the historic Washington County Fairgrounds, located at 392 Old Schuylerville Road, Greenwich, NY 12834. Gates open daily throughout fair week with the following operating hours:

• Monday, August 24, 2026: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• Tuesday, August 25, 2026: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm (Veteran's Day)
• Wednesday, August 26, 2026: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm (Senior Citizen Day)
• Thursday, August 27, 2026: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm (Children's Day)
• Friday, August 28, 2026: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
• Saturday, August 29, 2026: 10:00 am – 10:00 pm
• Sunday, August 30, 2026: 10:00 am – 9:00 pm

Admission Tickets, Ride Wristbands & Group Discounts

Enjoy affordable access to all the shows, exhibits, and midway fun. Parking on fairgrounds property is completely free every day!

• General Adult Admission: $15.00
• Kids 13 & Under: FREE every day
• Active Military: FREE with valid Military ID
• Veteran's Day Discount (Tuesday, Aug 25): $7.00 for all military veterans
• Senior Citizen Day (Wednesday, Aug 26): $7.00 for seniors ages 62 and up
• Children's Day (Thursday, Aug 27): FREE admission for kids school age and under, plus 1 less ticket per carnival ride
• Full Week Pass: $45.00 (discounted to $42.00 if purchased before August 1)
• Carnival Ride Sheets: $14.00 for 20 tickets (rides require 4 to 7 tickets each)
• Unlimited Ride Hand-Stamp Days: $30.00 to ride all day from noon until closing on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday
• Group Rates (Advance Purchase through July 31): $10/adult (50–99 people), $9/adult (100–499 people), or $8/adult (500+ people)
• Group Rates (Regular Purchase starting August 1): $11/adult (50–99 people), $10/adult (100–499 people), or $9/adult (500+ people)
• Parking: FREE for all visitors

Please review these essential safety rules and ground policies to ensure a safe, fun experience for all fairgoers:

• Pet Policy: Pets are strictly prohibited on the fairgrounds. Service animals are permitted but must have physical proof of rabies vaccination to enter.
• Wheeled & Motorized Vehicles: Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, Heelies, Segways, and golf carts are not allowed on the grounds.
• Outside Alcohol: No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises.
• Weapons & Firearms: Firearms, knives, and weapons of any kind are strictly forbidden.
• Dress Code: Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times while on fair property.
