I had a quote earlier in the year on 2 trees for $4700 plus tax. I decided to do one tree at a time and add stump removal. Everything started out fine. When I paid with credit card they added to the bill a percentage which was fine. I paid $2700+ for the removal of one tree. I called them back to remove the other tree. 4 calls later and a visit to their business I finally got an appointment for the gentleman to come out and re quote the project. The woman in the office (rude) never appologized for why I was not getting a call back, but did state that they were not going to remove the tree for the remaining quote I had received. I understood and asked for a new quote. Here we go, the quote was higher that both trees together...$4800. This must be the I underquoted the tree and I don't want to cut down your tree. Totally unethical. I would stay far away from this company. I do have all the quotes in pdf form.
