HEAL is excited to be back collaborating with Erin Joy to bring you Sound Bath and Sauna on August 4th from 7-8:30pm at HEAL, Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge! Join us for an evening of deep relaxation featuring a guided crystal singing bowl sound bath followed by an infrared sauna session. The soothing sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls create an immersive environment that supports mindfulness, relaxation, and nervous system regulation, while the infrared sauna helps ease muscle tension, promote circulation, and extend the restorative benefits of the experience.
Together, sound and heat offer an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and renewed.
Tickets are being sold in pairs for $80. Bring a friend or a partner and enjoy an evening of deep relaxation.
