About this event
Join Saratoga Voices as we open our choral season with a musical journey through the American soundscape — a celebration of the many cultures, traditions, and voices that have shaped our shared experience.
From a Celtic blessing and Native songs to rollicking spirituals, beloved folk tunes, music of India, and Paul Simon's poignant American Tune, the program moves across centuries and traditions, revealing unexpected connections along the way. We'll also premiere a new work by our own chorister and composer Michael Harrison — adding a distinctly local voice to this rich tapestry.
As America marks 250 years, come hear the many voices of one land.
