Spa Cascada and Club Pilates Wilton Square are coming together for Peels & Pilates—a morning dedicated to movement, skin renewal, and a little seasonal indulgence.
We’ll begin in Spa Cascada’s beautiful, sunlit front lounge with a 30-minute mat Pilates class led by Club Pilates Wilton Square. After class, transition from movement to skincare as the Spa Cascada esthetic team treats each guest to a customized professional peel, selected with your individual skin in mind.
Then, stay awhile and enjoy fall-inspired pastries, seasonal coffee, and tea while connecting and enjoying a relaxed Sunday morning at the spa.
