About this event
CBS6 Melodies of Christmas returns to Proctors Theatre for four holiday performances of music, dance, and community giving, all in support of children and families facing childhood cancer and blood disorders.
The Empire State Youth Orchestra and Melodies of Christmas Chorale headline this year’s lineup, joined by Northeast Ballet, Grand Central Station, and a few surprise guests.
Performance dates and times:
- Thursday, December 17: 7:00 p.m.
- Friday, December 18: 7:00 p.m.
- Saturday, December 19: 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, December 20: 3:00 p.m.
For 47 years, Melodies of Christmas has raised funds for the Melodies Center for Childhood Cancer and Blood Disorders at Albany Medical Center. The tradition is made possible through a longstanding partnership between CBS6, Freihofer Baking Company, and Market 32 Price Chopper, and net proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Melodies Center.
Make Melodies of Christmas part of your holiday season this year. Come for the music and help support local children and families along the way. Tickets available on the Proctors website.
