About this event

The Good Karma 5K run/walk is for all ages and abilities. Recreational walkers and handcyclists are also welcome and encouraged to participate.

All net proceeds from the Good Karma 5K Run/Walk benefit AIM for Seva and the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern NY. 

Schedule:

  • 9:00am - Kids 1/2 mile Fun Race
  • 9:15am - Yoga Warm-up
  • 9:30am - 5k

Post race: Indian street food, henna and awards.
