About this event
Join CYC at the Ciccotti Center, a project of the Colonie Youth Center, for our annual Crossings 5K Challenge & Kids Runs. Beginning and ending behind the Ciccotti Center, the course allows participants to travel through the beautiful Crossings Park.
This community day focuses on family, fun, health and wellness, welcoming more than 1,000 people annually. The event features a chip-timed 5K, Kids Competitive 1 Mile and FREE Kids 1/4 Mile Fun Run. Refreshments, music, sponsor information tables and awards ceremony round out the day.
This event serves as CYC’s largest fundraiser, supporting our mission to provide childcare, youth recreation and wellness initiatives for children and families. Your generous support will make a tremendous impact on the lives of children and families in the Capital Region! We seek support from local businesses by offering several different levels of sponsorship, all with opportunities for promotion including print, digital media, on-site billboard and event presence.
