About this event
Embark on a culinary journey around the world without leaving Saratoga Springs! The Tenth Annual Saratoga International Flavorfeast will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
A Feast of Flavors
This milestone anniversary event invites attendees to travel the streets of downtown while savoring international flavors and enjoying multicultural street performances. Broadway will be lined with international flags to celebrate the occasion, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere.
Admission is free, and $2 samples from participating restaurants provide a delicious way to explore tastes from countries including Ireland, Italy, India, Guatemala, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, Jamaica, and more.
How to Join
The celebration kicks off at 11:00 AM at the north corner of Broadway and Division Street, in front of Bluebird Spa City Motor Lodge, where Flavorfeast passport-maps will be available. These maps outline participating restaurants and help visitors plan their tasting journey.
Maps can also be downloaded from the event website the night before. By picking up a map, guests can also enter to win prizes from local sponsors such as Le Creuset Log Jam Outlet Center, Stewart’s Shops, Saratoga Farmers’ Market, and Saratoga Outdoors, with proceeds benefiting the Franklin Community Center Food Pantry.
Participants
Participating restaurants include Ben and Jerry’s, West Avenue Pizza, Maple Valley Farm, Cardona’s Market, Kaleidoscope Café, Boca Bistro, Cantina, Wheatfields Restaurant & Bar, Fillies on Phila, Karavalli, Hattie’s Restaurant, Sushi Thai Garden, The Bread Basket Bakery, and The Parting Glass. Saratoga Olive Oil will also be offering free tastings throughout the day.
Additional restaurants from outside downtown will set up in the Bluebird Spa City Motor Lodge parking lot, bringing even more variety to the day’s offerings.
Entertainment and Performances
Alongside the culinary experience, visitors can enjoy multicultural entertainment throughout the city, with performances such as Asian dance, Irish fiddling, German accordion music, African drumming, and Greek dancing. Scheduled performances will take place at several downtown spots including the Bluebird Spa City Motor Lodge parking lot, the Parting Glass lot, and the Adirondack Trust drive-thru, as well as roaming acts along the streets. Tracy Villaume of 99.5 The River Morning Show will serve as emcee for the day’s entertainment at the Bluebird Spa City Motor Lodge.
