Ballston Spa Witch Walk

About this event

The Ballston Spa Witch Walk returns on Friday, October 23, 2026, inviting participants to dress the part and make their way through downtown Ballston Spa's bars and restaurants. Every dollar from bracelet sales goes to two local animal rescue organizations, and each participating location is also making its own donation.

• Date: Friday, October 23, 2026
• Start Time: Anytime after 5 p.m.
• End Time: When the bar kicks you out
• Starting Point: Any participating establishment

How the Witch Walk Works

There's no set route or single meeting spot. Participants can start at any of the participating locations and are encouraged to visit all of them over the course of the evening. A bracelet is what unlocks the specials, so wearing it throughout the night is key.

Witch Walk Bracelets: Prices and Where to Buy

Bracelets are sold as a donation and go on sale October 1, 2026. Buying in advance saves $5.

• Pre-Sale: $20
• Night Of: $25

Pre-sale bracelets are available at four locations: The Brickyard Tavern & Grill, Whitehouse Restaurant, Augie's, and the Ballston Spa Elks Club.

Drink and Food Specials

Bracelet-wearing witches receive discounted drink specials at participating establishments, and some locations will also offer food specials. Each bar and restaurant is promoting its own specials separately, so it's worth following the individual venues for details as the date approaches.

Who the Witch Walk Benefits

All proceeds from bracelet sales support the Estherville Animal Shelter and Alfie's Dog Rescue. On top of that, each participating location is making a separate donation to the two organizations.
