AIM Services, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing residential and community-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury.
Formed 1979, AIM Services, Inc. is dedicated to supporting the "power of potential" in people of diverse abilities. Through community based services, advocacy, and education, dedicated professionals focus on supporting people in acheiving their personal goals, while promoting a sense of self-confidence and independence.
At AIM, we strive to help make a positive impact in all areas of a person’s life, and we take a person-centered approach to planning supports for each individual.
Parallel to our Mission, we are forever learning and searching for ways we can add innovation to our programs to be better suited and prepared to serve our individuals.

AIM Services, Inc. is approved to provide services through New York State Office of People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) and the New York State Department Of Health (DOH).
