Basic Cursive for Adults

About this event

Perfect for those who want to practice their signature and better understand older documents written in cursive. Please register online.

What to Expect:

The librarian will stand in front of the participants while writing lower and uppercase letters on a whiteboard in front of participants. 

Participants will be given lined handwriting paper to follow along with the librarian, if they'd like. 

Questions are welcome as we go through each letter. 

Sensory Information: 

Plastic chairs will be placed in front of plastic tables. 

Number 2 pencils will be provided. 

Lighting is standard indoor lighting. 

Sensory Supports: 

Participants are welcome to bring their own writing tools.

Fidget tools or quiet sensory items are welcome. 

You are welcome to take breaks or step out if you need to. 

Staff are happy to help with seating preferences when possible.
