About this event
Classes may include bone health poses to increase bone density and muscle mass, yin yoga poses to lengthen our connective tissues and improve flexibility, balancing poses to improve physical stability, and restorative poses to calm our nervous systems and reduce stress. Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. This program is a 4 week series - May 13, May 20, May 27 and June 3. Jael Polnac is a registered yoga teacher with specialized certifications in Yoga for Bone Health, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Accessible Yoga, and Yoga Philosophy. She currently teaches on-line classes at well as in person at Yoga Mandali in downtown Saratoga Springs.
