Attending this tour supports the IBPOE of W's Frederick Allen Elks Lodge #609 & Mary A. Carter Temple #362, the oldest African American civic organizations in Saratoga Springs, New York. Celebrating the 100th anniversary of both IBPOE of W chapters, we thank you for helping us to continue serving the community and share our history.
TICKETS available in person. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

For This 1.5 mile History Walking Tour
Tour begins in front of the Lodge, 69 Beekman Street, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
- Please wear comfortable clothing and walking footwear. Bring a water bottle.
- All minors must be accompanied by an adult parent/guardian.
- For your well being, please use crosswalks, follow traffic signals, and be aware of surroundings, such as uneven sidewalks.
- There will be a stopping point in Congress Park for sitting.
- If you don't feel well, you are welcome to attend on another day.
- Tours may be postponed due to dangerous weather conditions.
