About this event

Good Karma 5K run/walk is for all ages and abilities. Recreational walkers and handcyclists are also welcome and encouraged to participate. There is a yoga warm up, kids run, Indian street food, henna, music. This event is a fundraiser for children's education and hunger relief.

All net proceeds from the Good Karma 5K Run/Walk benefit AIM for Seva and the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern NY.

Schedule:

  • 9:00am - Kids 1/2 mile Fun Race
  • 9:15am - Yoga Warm-up
  • 9:30am - 5k
