Celebrate Mother’s Day with a slow stroll among the six varieties of lilacs in Fort Hardy Park, a stop on Schuylerville’s Lilac Walking Tour, which features a collection of more than 77 lilac varieties (considered the largest between NYC and Rochester) with foraging experts from Saratoga Wild Roots.
Discuss plant care and learn how to harvest blooms responsibility, then make and sample lilac lemonade.

Attendees will meet at the Old Visitor Center Parking Lot (beside the white and blue building across from the Champlain Canal Visitor Center, 33 Ferry Street, Schuylerville, NY 12871

Please bring personal water bottles. A restroom is available onsite by the Schuylerville Village Beach, 3 Ferry Street, Schuylerville

We will be walking on grassy and gravel surfaces. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing
