Join LifePath as we host the 34th Annual Capital Region Senior Expo from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Friday, October 18, at Crossgates Mall in Albany.
The event is the largest and most recognized senior expo in the Capital Region, connecting older adults and their families with resources to support healthy, independent aging. The expo will feature nearly 50 tables with exhibitors offering information on health and long-term care insurance, housing, home health services, financial planning, legal assistance, transportation, government programs and volunteer opportunities.
Attendees can also take advantage of free health screenings, wellness activities and live entertainment throughout the day.
Admission is FREE for all ages and open to the public.
