Farm Fest: A Celebration of Fall
Get ready for a full weekend of fun at the Town of Clifton Park's Farm Fest! Join us on Saturday and Sunday, September 20th & 21st, 2025, for self-guided tours, activities, and more. This festival is the perfect way to welcome the autumn season with the whole family.
Enjoy a variety of activities and attractions, including:
- Farm Tours
- Delicious Food (including Brooks BBQ!)
- Animals
- Live Music
- Maker's Marketplace
- Historic Tours
- Story Time
The event takes place at multiple locations throughout Clifton Park, including Clifton Common, Riverview Orchards, Vischer Ferry Nature and Historic Preserve, Historic Grooms Tavern, Amity Reformed Church, Vischer Ferry General Store, Bowman Orchards, Vischer Ferry Fire Department, Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library, and Shepherd's Hey Farm.
