Hot Breakfast & Pastry Display

Mini assorted danishes, muffins, scones, and filled croissants, SNGC signature lemon blueberry bread with hazelnut streusel, fresh fruit bowl, and more.

Griddle Station

Fresh pancakes, brioche French Toast, blueberry compote, raspberry compote, whipped cream, chocolate chips, bananas, fresh fruit, cheese cake chunks, chopped bacon.

Omelette & Benedict Station (Made to Order)

Whole eggs, egg whites, poached eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, prosciutto, lobster, crab meat, shrimp, and more.

Yogurt Bar

Greek Yogurt, mint, fresh berries, honey, granola, assorted dried fruits and nuts.

Cold Display

Variety of dry aged and Italian meats, marinated olives, artichokes, portobello mushrooms, roasted pepper, Adirondack Black Wax Cheddar, Jake's Baby Gouda, Nettle Meadow Farm Kunik, Berkshire Blue, and more.

Carving Station

Wild Icelandic leg of lamb jus with mint tomato jam, basil rubbed turkey breast with country-style gravy and truffle aioli, brown sugar rolled "bacon" roast and cider pork jus, and more.

Seafood

Shrimp cocktail, poached salmon, king crab legs, fresh shucked oysters, steamed clams, seafood salad, blinis, caviar, and more.

Chef Manned Pasta Station

Burrata ravioli, strozzapreti pasta, bucatini, or create your own pasta dish

Hot Entrees & Sides

chicken national with roasted mushrooms, asparagus, fresh mozzarella, white wine butter sauce; pistachio crusted market cod with citrus buerre blanc; tenderloin tips with caramelized cipollini onions, and more.

Kids Station

Chicken tenders with honey mustard, tater tots, macaroni and cheese, rigatoni with broccoli and garlic, cheese pizza, carrots and celery with Ranch.

Dessert Station

Duo of fondues: dark chocolate and white chocolate raspberry; assorted pastries, mini cakes, and pies; assorted shooters; mixed berry and brioche bread pudding with vanilla creme and anglaise.
