Gather 'Round the Campfire: A Virtual Gala
To keep our families and friends healthy, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the in-person portion of our Annual Gala, our biggest fundraiser of the year. Even though the in-person event is canceled, the show will go on! We are thrilled to welcome you to our virtual gala, “Gather ‘Round the Virtual Campfire” on Saturday, September 26th! This unique celebration of camp will take place from the comfort of your own home. Since our event is 100% virtual this year, anyone, anywhere can participate!
While participation in our virtual event is provided at no charge, there are ways that you can participate to help us raise the needed funds to support the Double H Ranch. Here’s how you can participate:
- Register for free to save your virtual seat!
- Become a fundraiser! Create a virtual fundraising “table” with your friends to help us raise funds!
- Bid on your favorite items during our silent auction taking place September 24-27 and live auction on September 26.
- Be inspired by our incredible campers by watching some of our videos on YouTube, and stay tuned for Gala program updates leading up to the event.
- Host a small “gala” gathering at your own home on September 26th with your family or close friends (please follow state and CDC guidelines when hosting a gathering) and order a Gala-To-Go Box by Mazzone Hospitality!
- Donate to help provide our virtual programming free of charge to children living with a serious illness.
