Rare Disease Day is February 28, and The Mill on Round Lake will recognize it with a Happy Hour gathering on February 27. The event aims to raise awareness and support critical research efforts for people living with two rare diseases, Scleroderma and Degos Disease. Guests, advocates, and community members are invited to come together in support of those affected and the ongoing work to make rare diseases less rare.
Who This Event Supports
Proceeds will benefit the Steffens Scleroderma and Degos Disease Foundation, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a global impact. The foundation is dedicated to advancing research, education, and awareness for these two life‑threatening diseases.
