Glenville NY is located east of Ballston Lake and Clifton Park, on the banks of the beautiful Mohawk River. Just a short trip away from both Albany and Saratoga, it is a great place to live if you want be close to the capital, but still have that rural feel. Founded in 1821, the town has grown to be home to 30,000 people, but has not forgotten its historic roots.

There's tons to do in Glenville! The town has many parks and preserves that offer tails for walking, biking, and in the winter cross country skiing.

You can also have fun on the Mohawk River. There are plenty public launches where you can put your boat in the water to head out for some fishing or just cruise!

Planning a day trip? Glenville is located just 30 minutes from both Albany and Saratoga. Albany offers a great nightlife on the weekends and during the summer you can catch an event at the Saratoga Race Course. Glenville is also located just 40 minutes from the Great Sacandaga Lake, which is one of the largest lakes in the Adirondacks. It offers an array of water activities and the peaceful setting of the mountains.
