Clifton Park's Spice Malabar is celebrating their third year in business. Owner Vince George takes great pride in the restaurant and having an impact on the community. He is able to represent his culture and wonderfully crafted Indian cuisines.

Vince says, "For me, food is a medicine." He brought his specialty dishes to the Clifton Park community as the pandemic was coming to a close, and since then, he has received a lot of support from locals and visitors.

To celebrate this anniversary and give back, Spice Malabar will be donating a certain percentage of sales to Captain Community Human Services.
