Celebrate Festival Season in the Capital Region
Love Polish food? If so, then you do not want to miss the 17th Annual PolishFest at the Blessed Virgin Mary of Czestochowa Church in Latham this weekend. Fill up on traditional Polish food and stay entertained with live music and Polish dances.

The annual LifeSong Dash 5k at Halfmoon Town Park is a fun run and fundraiser to benefit the programs of LifeSong, Inc., which supports individuals with disabilities who are working to become independent in their community. Race-day registration will be available if spots are open.
This Saturday, youth soccer players from around the area will demonstrate their soccer skills in competition at Clifton Common. There will be eight divisions of boys and girls, and trophies will be awarded to the division winners.
