It’s Maple Time
through Sunday, March 11
Riverside Maple Farms in Glenville, just under half an hour from Clifton Park, is offering free guided tours of their sugarhouse now through Sunday. Tours will include both outside and inside stops.
As this is maple season, there are a ton of maple events happening all month.

Start Thinking St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick’s Day may still be a week away, but Saratoga is getting into the festivities this Saturday with the second annual LepraCON. For $20 you can don your green attire and embark on a bar crawl throughout the city.

Popular local band Hair of the Dog is performing at the Clifton Park Elks Lodge in Ballston Lake. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door, with proceeds going towards Elk charities for student scholarships, youth programs, and veterans services.

Fun at the Local Library

Award-winning youth filmmakers from Youth FX will be giving hands-on instructions at the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library in writing, directing, filming, and editing with professional equipment. Kids will work in groups to create their own short film. This event is appropriate for students in grades 6 to 12 and registration is required.

Are you a model train collector, or just curious about trains in general? The Albany Train show is back at the Polish Community Center and there will be over 100 vendor tables of trains and train paraphernalia. Tickets are just $5 for adults and kids 12 and under get in free.
