Looking for some new spots to grab a bite to eat in the area? Well, you’re in luck! There are a couple new eateries that have opened their doors in Clifton Park recently! From a new place to grab pancakes on Saturday morning to a bistro with a great atmosphere, we have you covered. Check it out:
A New Spot to Grab Breakfast
This one is for the breakfast lovers! Jimmy’s Egg, an Oklahoma-based chain opened its first New York location in Clifton Park this winter at 5 Clifton Country Road. Known for its delicious pancakes, fluffy scrambled eggs and limitless coffee, it’s sure to be a hit. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast and lunch from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Saratogian reported that own of the franchisee owners, Rob Marquardt, lived in Oklahoma City for nearly three years and Jimmy’s Egg quickly became one of his favorite spots to eat breakfast. “Jimmy’s Egg will bring Clifton Park residents fresh cracked-to-order three-egg omelettes, full cups of coffee, and fresh-baked breads served by an attentive staff,” Marquardt told the Saratogian. It has also been reported that the owners have plans for at least four more Jimmy’s Egg restaurants to open in the area over the next several years.
American Bistro Opens
Seven, An American Bistro also opened up in January. Located at 7 Northside Drive, the eatery offers an exciting and varied menu. Featured items include Meatballs Three Ways, Crawfish Gumbo, hearty entrées and more! In addition to its delicious food offerings, Seven also is home to a wide variety of wine and specialty cocktails. The restaurant also offers a sophisticated and relaxing atmosphere with its mosaic tiled flooring, plush red booths and dim lighting. Hours are noon to 10:00 pm daily with the bar open until midnight.
