LOCAL HOMES BUILDER WINS GREEN AWARDS FROM NYSERDA
A Clifton Park builder received a prestigious award from the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, NYSERDA.
Marini Homes LLC, located in Clifton Park was a recipient of an Outstanding Achievement award in NYSERDA’s Green Residential Building Program.
Marini Homes was recognized for building 24 single-family homes that received the National Green Building Standard silver certification. These homes were nearly 50 percent more energy efficient than industry-standard homes.
