The four course meal, expertly prepared by Chef William Hewitt will consist of:

FIRST COURSE

• Burrata ravioli, bruschetta, balsamic glaze, roasted garlic oil

SECOND COURSE

• Seared sea scallops, spinach, arugula, house made croutons, red onion, warm bacon vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE

• Coffee braised beef short rib, coffee pan gravy, fried shallots, roasted garlic smashed potatoes, prosciutto wrapped green beans

FOURTH COURSE

• Cannoli cheesecake, ricotta, citrus
