About this event
Taking a cue from the Saratoga 250 augmented reality banner of Baroness von Riedesel that you may have seen in the library and around town, Caitlin will be making the Baroness' dress in a series of public sewing demonstrations to show the detail and craftsmanship that went into clothing during the revolutionary period. Stop by the library's New & Popular area to watch the sewing and construction process, learn about the project, ask historical clothing questions, or just sit back and observe. And stop in on most Friday mornings to watch the progression of the gown!
