About this event

Effective instruction and inspiration for your meditation practice are provided, as well as connection with a supportive and welcoming community of meditators. This program is an online series for 4 weeks - 2/4. 2/11, 2/18 and 2/25. Please register for one or all sessions through the online calendar or by calling 518-584-7860, option 4 or 5.

Susan Meyer, integrates photography, writing, mindful awareness, and energy work to support presence, awakening, and well-being. She is a contemplative creative whose work is pollinated with a vibrant combination  of life experience, formal education, and a lifelong devotion to personal evolution. Her deep interest in the nature of consciousness, coupled with an appreciation for the natural world, informs both her art and teaching.

This online program uses the Zoom live-streaming platform. It will require access to a computer or a mobile device with the Zoom app installed.
