This practice is designed to help participants become more mindful of their thoughts. By speaking empowering, positive affirmations during the workout, you can learn to change your self-talk. Whether you feel like working at a low impact level or your highest energy level, this practice is for you. Wear supportive sneakers and clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
