About this event
The 45-minute class will end with a cool-down, and some time to talk to instructor Tommie about yoga or her children's book Being Me is Special -- Tommie will have signed copies available for purchase. Children ages 3 up to grade 3 and their caregivers are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mats or towels. Please register each child online.
Grade 3 is about 8 years old, give or take a year.
