Supporting a loved one with dementia without losing yourself is a profound act of love. Join grief and life-transition coach Amy Linder-Lesser for this talk that will offer gentle, practical support. This talk will help family members navigating the grief of losing someone who’s still here, as well as helping them find moments of peace and meaning in the midst of change. Participants leave with language, insight, and simple grounding tools to help them cope with what they’re already carrying—not more to-dos. Registration required.
