The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) will host a dedicated job fair on Thursday, February 26, to recruit seasonal staff for the 2026 Belmont Stakes Racing Festival. Held at the historic Saratoga Race Course, the event will run from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the first floor of the 1863 Club. Prospective employees should enter through the Wright Street entrance (Gate 8), with complimentary parking provided in the 1863 Club lot.
Attendees will have the opportunity to interview with several major vendors, including NYRA, Levy Restaurants, Integrated Staffing, and Dyehard Fan Supply. A wide array of positions are available, ranging from customer-facing roles like restaurant hosts and merchandise clerks to operational roles such as security guards, mutuel clerks, maintenance, and grounds crew.
Applicants must be at least 15 years old and possess New York State Certified Working Papers. Certain positions, specifically security and betting-related roles, require applicants to be at least 18 years of age. All candidates are required to bring a photo ID and Social Security card or valid I-9 documentation to the fair.
This recruitment drive supports the five-day racing festival, which culminates in the 158th running of the Belmont Stakes on Saturday, June 6.
