The annual Canal Festival in Waterford will offer plenty of activities and entertainment for visitors throughout the weekend. Head to the banks of the Erie Canal for boat rides, vendors, a fishing contest, and more. Admission is free.
St. Sophia 2019 Greek Festival

Drive over to the St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church this weekend and experience Greek culture at their popular annual festival. Highlights will include live Greek music and dancers in traditional costumes, an amazing selection of food, shops, tours, and more. Admission is $3 for adults and free for kids under 12.

On Saturday, the local Jonesville Volunteer Fire Department will celebrate their 100th anniversary with the community by hosting a parade and free family day. The parade will travel along Clifton Park Center Road and end at Clifton Common where there will be fun games, exciting rides, food, demonstrations, and live music.

Touch-A-Truck at Empire State Aerosciences Museum

This Saturday’s Touch-A-Truck at the Empire State Aerosciences Museum in Glenville is free to attend, while a portion of proceeds from food, raffle tickets, and museum admission will benefit the Veterans Miracle Center.
