Ready to improve your home lifestyle? Take a trip to the Saratoga Home and Lifestyle Show this weekend at the Saratoga Springs City Center! Admission is free, and there will be a variety of businesses and displays to check out.
The 12th annual Hannaford Kidz Expo is set to take place this Saturday at the Empire State Plaza from 10:00am-5:00pm. Kids will enjoy a day of fun and free activities while parents learn about summer camps, sports clubs, and more information.
From now through April 23, if you take a trip over to miSci in Schenectady, you’ll have a chance to explore the beautiful butterfly exhibit. Discover hundreds of colorful butterflies and learn about the different species.
For a Great Cause
Sample some gourmet mac-n-cheese dishes from multiple Albany area restaurants as part of the 2nd annual Hannaford MAAC-n-Cheese Fest on Friday. A portion of the proceeds will go toward the Times Union Hope Fund.
Spread the word about the Homeless Action Committee’s 24th annual Sleep-A-Thon. Participants agree to spend at least 1 hour in Townsend Park to help raise awareness and funds for the committee’s Outreach Van program for housing the homeless.
Dress for Success Albany will host their annual Spring Clothing Sale fundraiser this Saturday from 10:00am-2:00pm. Admission is free, and clothing prices will range from $5-$20 for most items.
The Clifton Park – Halfmoon Public Library will host the Shenendehowa Middle School Jazz Band this Friday at 10:30am as part of their Friday Morning Free-For-All program. Everyone is welcome to attend, and no registration is required.
The Barrel Saloon in Albany is scheduled to host BarrelFest 2017 this Saturday! Head over to their heated tent for live music stages and activities. Tickets are $18 online and $20 at the door.
