Erin Zeggert, a Wellness Coach at Balancing Life and Fitness, has started a new blog on CliftonPark.com and it looks great for healthy living! The blog, Healthy Living Clifton Park, is updated regularly and has great information to living healthier. Zeggert tells readers about healthy eating tips and ways to stay in the gym without injuries occurring.
Zeggert started working out regularly a few years ago when she decided to stop making excuses. She looked in the mirror one day and didn’t like what she saw and told herself to stop using that excuse of working full time with two children. A year after making the decision she is 30 pounds less, runs 5k races, and has competed in figure competitions since 2009.
The most recent post I read from her blog was from Friday, December 7. Her blog post was about genetically modified foods (GMO) and was filled with information about how they are being regulated by the government. It makes you really think what is in all the food you buy from grocery stores. Her other posts range from why women should visit the weight room to the truth about weight loss programs.
