25th Annual Ballston Spa Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner
The 25th Annual Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner will be served on Thursday, November 22nd. There is no cost and all are welcome.
Volunteers are needed from Wednesday, November 21st starting at 5pm for peeling potatoes, carving turkeys, and other prep work. Pizza and soda will be served after work is done.
Volunteers are also needed on Thanksgiving Day, November 22nd, from 10:30am until the completion of the event and cleanup. They will need help on the serving line, waiting on tables, prep line in the ktichen, and delivery people and clean up people.
Volunteers can work any part of the day for however long you want. However, they always seem to fall short of help after the event is over for clean up, if you'd like to carve time out to volunteer then that would be much appreciated!
Please call Donna Duffy at 518.788.6114 to find a time when you would be able to volunteer.
Pie donations are always needed - these can be dropped to Union Fire Company on Wednesday at any time.
Delieveries are available by contacting Donny Duffy, number above, and on Thanksgiving Day you can call 518.885.7121 for deliveries.
