Join Erin Polly, Holistic Wellness Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher, to learn how to balance the 8 life components. Each class will focus on one of the 8 components of wellness - Social, Financial, Occupational , Environmental, Emotional, Physical, Intellectual, Spiritual - and will close with a yoga practice designed to improve your wellness in the area of focus.

Erin is a Holistic Wellness Coach and Registered Yoga Teacher. She transformed her life by balancing the 8 life components, reaching a healthy weight and eliminating the need for lifelong medication. Through this transformation, Erin found her passion to help others find their path to a balanced life – mind, body and spirit.

Price: $120 for all 8 classes or $20 per class
