Health coaches Jill Byron and Maria Decker met through the American Heart Association's BetterU program and have been following their own paths to health and happiness for several years.
Byron is a Certified Health Coach, Motivational Speaker, Yoga Teacher, and Stress Management Expert, while Decker is a Clean Eating & Health Expert. Together, they combine their expertise in the various areas of health and wellness to offer prime individual coaching to clients.
