This course held at the Shenantaha Creek Park includes stretching , tai-chi form and qigong meditation exercises. Tai Chi movements are done slowly as students' minds become calm, breathing slows and deepens and muscles relax. Take this class to live a better, more calm, clear and healthy life. June 5 - July 10th, every Tuesday evening. No class will be held on July 3, 2012.
